Shift Type: 5-hour shift (specific start/end times and days not provided) - SPT; Orientation required

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients with compassion and clinical excellence
Develop individualized treatment plans and update care goals based on patient progress
Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the facility EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Educate patients and families on exercise programs, safety, and home management strategies
Participate in orientation and training activities to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain licensure in Washington)
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during onboarding)
Previous clinical experience preferred; new grads with strong clinical reasoning encouraged to apply
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-focused mindset

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in a related field considered

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and therapeutic exercise prescription
Manual therapy and mobility training techniques
Patient education and discharge planning
Proficiency with documentation and electronic medical records
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary care team
Time management and prioritization in a busy clinical environment
