Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and design individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and independence
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions and adjust plans based on patient progress
Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate holistic care
Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility techniques
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care and excellent patient experience

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Washington (or eligible to obtain state licensure)
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
Strong assessment and manual therapy skills with good clinical reasoning
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team; orientation is provided

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's or bachelor's in physical therapy acceptable if qualified

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, mobility training, and modalities
Skilled in patient assessment and goal-setting
Proficient documentation and electronic medical record use
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate patients
Time management and prioritization in a clinical setting
