Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions tailored to each patient
• Assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and document progress clearly
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent patient care
• Educate patients and families on home programs and safe mobility strategies
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain top-notch clinical skills
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to facility policies and safety standards

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington or eligible for licensure
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with patients and colleagues
• Comfortable providing care in concise 4-hour shift blocks and adapting to variable schedules

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient assessment and development of individualized treatment plans
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise, manual techniques, and adaptive equipment
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic medical record systems
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers clearly and compassionately
• Strong time management skills to deliver efficient, focused treatment in shorter shift windows
