Roles & Responsibilities

Provide individualized physical therapy evaluation and treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and exercise instruction to support patient goals
Document patient progress clearly and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate excellent care
Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention
Participate in orientation and training to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Washington state or eligible for licensure
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Comfortable providing patient-centered care and completing documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills; compassionate bedside manner
Previous experience in outpatient, inpatient, or pediatric settings is a plus

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in Physical Therapy considered where applicable

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and treatment planning
Manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques
Gait and mobility training
Clear clinical documentation and electronic charting
Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and caregivers
Patient education and family communication
