Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patient mobility, function, and pain to create meaningful treatment plans
Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions to improve movement and quality of life
Document patient progress accurately and communicate changes to the care team
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and family members to coordinate care
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and injury prevention
Participate in orientation activities and help maintain a patient-centered environment

Qualifications

Current physical therapy license in Washington or eligibility to obtain one
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Background check and any facility-specific onboarding requirements completed

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
Ability to perform thorough patient evaluations and progressions
Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control practices
Comfort working with a diverse patient population across ages
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced clinical setting
