Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Part-time, 5-hour shift (exact start/end times and days to be confirmed). Orientation required.

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that makes a real difference
Perform thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions and monitor patient progress
Document care clearly and promptly in the patient record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate excellent care
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain high standards

Qualifications

Active or eligible state license as required for the role in California
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
Comfortable working in a team-focused, patient-centered environment
Prior clinical experience preferred but applicants who meet licensure requirements are encouraged to apply

Education

Degree in Physical Therapy or a related clinical field (or equivalent)
Completion of any program-required clinical certifications or training

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families
Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic medical records
Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Time management and organizational skills to manage a part-time caseload
