Shift Type: Part-time, 5-hour shifts (days/times vary; orientation required)

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, function and quality of life
Document patient progress accurately and communicate updates with the care team
Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to provide coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in orientation and contribute to a positive learning environment for new teammates

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in California (or ability to obtain)
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable using electronic medical records for documentation

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and treatment planning
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Rehabilitation modalities and functional training
Clear clinical documentation and charting
Effective patient and family education
Interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination
