Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy and teach therapeutic exercises to improve function
Monitor progress, adjust interventions, and document outcomes thoroughly
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and safety
Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and documentation requirements

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in California (or ability to obtain CA license)
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working in an outpatient/rehabilitation setting
Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Previous experience in pediatric or orthopedic therapy is a plus

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise, and manual techniques
Proficient documentation and care planning in an EMR system
Knowledge of rehabilitation principles and functional outcome measures
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong time management and patient-education skills
