Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical function and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and reduce pain
• Document patient progress clearly and communicate treatment goals with the care team
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and home programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure continuity of care
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and clinical best practices

Qualifications

• Active, valid California Physical Therapist license (required)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable working in a patient-centered environment with strong communication skills
• Ability to complete documentation and maintain patient records in a timely manner
• Experience in outpatient or inpatient rehab settings preferred
• Professional, reliable, and committed to exceptional patient care

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Bachelor's or Master's in related field considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and therapeutic intervention skills for musculoskeletal and neurological conditions
• Knowledge of gait training, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities
• Proficient clinical documentation and familiarity with common EMR systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to educate patients clearly
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a care team
