Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Part-time, 5-hour shift (specific days and start/end times to be scheduled; orientation required)

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients
Design and implement individualized treatment plans that promote recovery and function
Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
Participate in orientation and training to maintain clinical excellence

Qualifications

Current state Physical Therapist license (required)
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree preferred
CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience in outpatient or pediatric settings is a plus
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Ability to work part-time 5-hour shifts and attend required orientation

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Bachelor’s or Master’s in PT or related field accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise, and manual techniques
Proficient documentation and electronic medical record navigation
Knowledge of pediatric orthopedics and rehabilitation (preferred)
Ability to educate patients and caregivers in clear, supportive ways
Time management and prioritization for efficient, compassionate care
