Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled outpatient physical therapy evaluations and hands-on treatment to help patients regain function
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans and measurable goals
• Document patient progress clearly and timely in the electronic medical record
• Collaborate with clinic staff and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
• Adhere to facility policies and performance expectations to maintain high-quality care

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Nebraska (required)
• American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers (required)
• Experience in outpatient therapy (preferred)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Willingness to meet traveler performance expectations and adapt to clinic workflows

Knowledge & Skills

• Outpatient therapy assessment and treatment techniques
• Musculoskeletal evaluation and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Patient education, discharge planning, and functional restoration
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and timely documentation
• Basic manual therapy and modalities appropriate for outpatient care
