Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions
Develop individualized care plans that help patients reach meaningful goals
Document clinical findings and progress clearly and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies
Participate in orientation and training to maintain clinical competency and program standards

Qualifications

Valid state license to practice physical therapy in California (or ability to obtain)
Relevant outpatient therapy experience preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
Comfort working part-time and attending required orientation sessions

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred or Bachelor/Master in related field with appropriate licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in patient assessment, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and modalities
Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Time management skills to effectively run part-time caseloads
