Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients thoroughly using gross motor and functional assessments to build targeted plans of care
• Deliver therapeutic interventions for orthopedic and neurorehabilitation diagnoses, including vestibular therapy and concussion management
• Provide evidence-based post-operative care (rotator cuff repair, total joint replacement, ACL, etc.) and non-surgical orthopedic management
• Develop and manage your outpatient caseload, including NextGen documentation and efficient visit flow
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations
• Educate patients and caregivers to support recovery, home exercise adherence, and injury prevention
• Maintain a steady productivity cadence (approximately 10 visits/day) while ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience preferred; will consider new graduates
• Comfort and experience treating adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and neurorehabilitation
• Skilled in gross motor assessments and building/managing a caseload
• Familiarity with NextGen or similar EMR for efficient documentation
• Professional presentation and ability to work business-casual in an outpatient setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and clinical decision-making across orthopedic and neuro conditions
• Therapeutic interventions for vestibular disorders, concussion, and post-operative rehab
• Management of common ortho diagnoses: rotator cuff, ACL, fractures, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis and more
• Gross motor assessment techniques and functional outcome measurement
• Caseload development, productivity balancing, and time management for ~10 visits/day
• Proficiency with NextGen EMR workflows and clinical documentation
