Location: Wyncote, Pennsylvania

Shift Type: As scheduled (Evening), 7:00 PM - 11:30 PM Night shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $37 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside nursing care to residents as a licensed practical nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes to the care team
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and therapy staff to deliver coordinated care
Assist with activities of daily living and support resident comfort and dignity
Participate in care planning and ensure accurate, timely charting
Educate residents and families about care plans and procedures with empathy

Qualifications

Current LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — Pennsylvania license required
Graduation from an accredited LPN or vocational nursing program
Comfortable working evening/night hours (7:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Reliable, compassionate, and resident-focused approach to care

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program; current Pennsylvania LPN license

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate documentation
Basic assessment skills and ability to recognize changes in condition
Familiarity with long-term care or skilled nursing workflows
Good time management and prioritization during busy shifts
Team collaboration and effective handoff communication
