Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and on schedule
Monitor vital signs, assess changes, and promptly communicate concerns
Document patient care clearly and thoroughly in the medical record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care
Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort and dignity
Support patient and family education with patience and clarity

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (required or obtain upon hire)
Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program or equivalent diploma/certificate

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical nursing skills
Familiarity with standard infection control practices
Comfortable with documentation and basic electronic medical records
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy skilled nursing environment
Good interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
