Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care that makes a real difference
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to orders
Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the care team
Assist patients with activities of daily living and support their comfort
Maintain clear, timely electronic health record documentation
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and colleagues

Qualifications

Active LPN license in New Mexico (required)
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable working per diem shifts and adapting to varying schedules
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and observation skills
Medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Wound care and assistance with ADLs
Accurate EHR/charting and documentation habits
Infection prevention and safety best practices
Effective communication with patients, families, and the care team
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
