Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and prioritize their dignity
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor resident condition, record vital signs, and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and follow care plans
Support admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures with clear communication
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control practices

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license valid in Massachusetts (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (required or obtain upon hire)
Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
Strong communication skills and reliable documentation habits
Ability to work reliably on assigned day shifts and support team needs

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program
High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessments
Wound care fundamentals and pressure injury prevention
Familiarity with electronic health records and thorough charting
Infection control best practices and safe patient handling
Team collaboration, time management, and resident-centered care
