Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care during the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans
Support residents and families with clear communication and education
Maintain compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control
Participate in shift handoffs and accurate charting to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts LPN or RN license (required)
Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is a plus
Comfortable working the evening 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to documentation detail
Reliable team player with good communication and time management

Education

Licensed Practical Nurse: Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Registered Nurse: Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ADN/BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and accurate documentation
Clinical assessment and patient monitoring
Familiarity with long-term care/rehabilitation practices
Clear verbal and written communication with patients, families, and staff
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy shift environment
