Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents at Andover Manor Rehab & Nursing
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document care clearly
- Monitor resident condition, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
- Perform skilled assessments and contribute to individualized care plans
- Support residents with ADLs while preserving dignity and independence
- Communicate respectfully with families and multidisciplinary staff to coordinate care
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse credential in good standing
- Current license appropriate for practice in Massachusetts
- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts and delivering high-quality resident care
- Strong interpersonal skills and a teamwork-first mindset
- Reliable clinical documentation and medication administration practices
Education
- Completion of an accredited LPN or RN nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of nursing fundamentals and long-term care best practices
- Ability to perform resident assessments and follow care plans
- Medication administration and secure documentation skills
- Good communication with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Basic proficiency with electronic charting systems and clinical workflows
