Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care for long-term care and rehab patients
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Perform thorough assessments and document findings clearly in the medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and follow individualized care plans
Support residents with activities of daily living while promoting independence and dignity
Monitor changes in condition and escalate concerns to appropriate clinical staff promptly
Contribute to a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers

Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license (eligible to practice in Massachusetts)
Experience in long-term care or rehab settings is a plus
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
Ability to pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse diploma or equivalent
RN: ADN or BSN (as applicable for Registered Nurse candidates)
High school diploma or equivalent required as a baseline

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Solid patient assessment and documentation skills
Familiarity with infection control best practices and safety protocols
Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal and time-management skills
Comfort using electronic health record systems or willingness to learn
