Location: Glen Mills, PA

Start Date: 04-26-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 8-hour shifts; specific start/end times and scheduled days to be confirmed with the facility (Total Hours No Break: 8)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document all care in the chart
Monitor patient status, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
Assist with activities of daily living to support patient comfort and dignity
Maintain clear and timely documentation in electronic medical records
Participate in care planning and contribute observations to improve patient outcomes
Support a positive, team-focused environment and mentor peers when appropriate

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license for Pennsylvania
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
BLS/CPR certification required or must obtain upon hire
Clean background check and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Previous experience in a long-term care or similar clinical setting is a plus

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong fundamentals in medication administration and wound care
Patient assessment and clinical observation skills
Comfortable with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
