Location: Lebanon, NH

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Varied days (Per Diem), 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Day

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate direct patient care following facility policies
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, documenting carefully
Perform thorough assessments and report changes in patient condition
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and update care plans
Support patient and family education with clear, empathetic communication
Maintain accurate, timely charting and handoffs to ensure continuity of care
Adhere to infection control standards and promote a safe environment

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New Hampshire required
Valid BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS a plus if applicable to area
Comfortable administering medications and performing routine nursing procedures
Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads from an LPN program are welcome to apply
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN/LVN program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic nursing principles and medication administration
Familiarity with patient assessment, wound care, and IV documentation where applicable
Ability to prioritize workload in a fast-paced clinical environment
Good charting skills and comfort with electronic medical record systems
Strong interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach
Basic infection control and safety practices
