Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and document responses accurately and timely
• Perform routine assessments and report changes in condition to the care team
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate care
• Maintain clear, thorough charting and complete required documentation
• Support patient and family education with empathy and clarity
• Assist with procedures, wound care, and basic therapeutic interventions as directed
• Contribute to a safe environment by following infection control and facility policies

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (required)
• Comfortable working PRN evening/night shifts with flexible availability
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Ability to pass background check and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• Previous clinical experience in a similar setting is a plus

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program or equivalent vocational training

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid fundamentals in medication administration and basic nursing procedures
• Good clinical assessment and observation skills
• Accurate documentation and time-management abilities
• Comfort with electronic health record systems or willingness to learn
• Team-oriented approach and ability to follow care plans accurately
• Patient advocacy and strong interpersonal skills
