Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care that makes a real difference
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Monitor vital signs and clinical changes, escalating concerns promptly
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain clear, timely, and accurate patient records and care plans
Support patient comfort, dignity, and daily living needs with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduation from an accredited LPN/LVN program
Current BLS/CPR certification (preferred or required based on facility policy)
Strong clinical judgment and patient assessment experience
Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively in a team

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program
High school diploma or GED

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing care skills
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with electronic health records and charting
Clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
Time management, prioritization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
