Location: Glen Mills, Pennsylvania

Start Date: 04-21-2026

Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Day shift, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (8-hour shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents with dignity and respect
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document in the chart
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team promptly
Assist with ADLs and mobility while promoting patient independence
Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Pennsylvania required
Completion of an accredited practical nursing program
Current basic life support (BLS) certification preferred or obtainable upon hire
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Ability to pass background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements

Education

High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LPN program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and basic clinical assessment
Wound care fundamentals and infection control practices
Charting and electronic health record familiarity
Ability to work collaboratively in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
