Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts (start/end times and weekly days not specified; schedule to be confirmed)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to patients with skill and heart
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor patient condition and document changes clearly and promptly
Collaborate with RNs, providers, and the care team to support excellent outcomes
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education in a calm, reassuring way
Maintain accurate charts and follow facility policies and procedures

Qualifications

Active LPN license valid for practice in Georgia
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
Previous LPN clinical experience preferred but new grads with strong skills are welcome
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Ability to handle 12.5-hour clinical shifts and deliver consistent, high-quality care

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assessment and clinical documentation skills
Medication administration and basic IV/clinical support knowledge
Comfort working in acute or long-term care environments
Patient safety focus and infection control practices
Able to prioritize tasks and remain composed under pressure
