Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered bedside care with dignity and respect
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Perform routine assessments and communicate changes in condition to the care team
Assist with activities of daily living and promote residents’ independence
Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate clinical records in the facility’s documentation system
Support safe infection control practices and facility policies

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Massachusetts (LPN role) — license must be in good standing
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willing to obtain)
Previous experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team
Willingness to complete facility-specific orientation, background check, and health screenings

Education

Graduate of an accredited LPN program (for LPN role)
For RN openings (if applicable): Graduate of an accredited ADN/BSN program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
Medication administration and safe handling practices
Familiarity with wound care basics and ADL support
Comfort working in a fast-paced long-term care/rehab environment
Teamwork, time management, and problem-solving under evolving conditions
Basic computer/EMR navigation for charting and care plans
