Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Communicate clearly with residents, families, and team members to deliver coordinated care
Help implement care plans and participate in team meetings to improve outcomes

Qualifications

Current CNA certification valid in Pennsylvania
Comfortable providing direct patient care with dignity and respect
Basic CPR training preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings
Dependable, punctual, and a team player who enjoys caring for others

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an accredited CNA program and active state certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care basics and safe transfer/ambulation techniques
Taking and documenting vital signs accurately
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Infection control and basic hygiene practices
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
