Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Monitor and document vital signs and any changes in resident condition accurately
• Support safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote comfort and prevent falls
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and mealtime needs while encouraging dignity and independence
• Maintain clear, timely charting and communicate observations to the nursing team
• Follow infection control protocols and facility policies to keep residents safe
• Help create a welcoming, respectful environment that supports resident wellbeing

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (required) for practice in New Jersey or applicable credentials
• Available for the assignment dates: January 25, 2026 – March 8, 2026
• Willingness to work day shifts and cover every other weekend as required

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on experience with resident care and ADLs
• Basic knowledge of vital sign measurement and documentation
• Strong communication skills for working with residents, families, and the care team
• Awareness of infection control and safety best practices
• Comfortable assisting with mobility, transfers, and safe patient handling
