Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Per Diem (as scheduled), days vary; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening) — day shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct resident care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
Document care delivered accurately and timely in the patient record
Support meal service and assist with safe feeding when needed
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team to promote resident comfort and safety
Help maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
Comfortable working evening shifts and adapting to per-diem schedules
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-centered attitude
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; successful completion of an approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and personal care techniques
Vital signs measurement and reporting changes appropriately
Safe transfer and mobility assistance
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Good interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and staff
Time management and reliable documentation habits
