Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning
Perform basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and documenting accurately
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Collaborate with nurses and other care team members to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (current and valid)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
Compassionate communicator with a team-player attitude

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic clinical skills: vital signs, measurements, safe patient handling
Strong verbal and written communication for documentation and teamwork
Infection control and safe hygiene practices
Dependability, attention to detail, and a caring bedside manner
