Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
• Document care delivered accurately and promptly
• Support safe transfers and mobility while following proper body mechanics
• Maintain a clean, respectful and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Active authorization to work in California (as applicable)
• Comfortable working day shifts (07:00 AM - 07:00 PM) on a per-diem basis
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Recent clinical experience preferred but new grads with CNA certification are welcome

Education

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic nursing care principles and patient safety protocols
• Familiarity with ADLs, vital sign collection, and infection control
• Comfortable with charting and following care plans
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary teams
• Compassionate bedside manner and patient-centered approach
