Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living
Measure and document vital signs and patient responses accurately
Support nursing staff by communicating changes in patient condition promptly
Maintain a clean, safe environment following infection control practices
Assist with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility needs
Build trusting relationships with patients and their families through respectful communication

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required)
Active, unrestricted ability to work in the U.S. (work authorization as applicable)
Previous experience in long-term care or acute care settings is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete background checks and standard onboarding requirements

Education

High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Completed CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and bedside manner
Measuring and recording vital signs accurately
Basic infection control and hygiene practices
Safe patient mobility and transfer techniques
Clear charting and effective communication with care team
