Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate personal care and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Support nursing staff by monitoring resident status and documenting changes accurately
• Help with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility support to promote independence
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control procedures
• Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and the care team
• Participate in team huddles and contribute to a positive, resident-centered culture

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required
• Eligible to work in VT/NH as applicable for the assignment
• Weekend availability required; every other weekend rotation expected
• Reliable transportation required to reach the facility and cover weekend shifts
• Comfortable working in a rehabilitation and long-term care environment

Education

• Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification / credential

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Basic clinical observation and documentation skills
• Effective communication and teamwork with nursing staff
• Awareness of infection control and resident safety practices
• Time management and ability to prioritize resident needs
