Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate behavioral health assessment and treatment to outpatient clients
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans that promote recovery
• Conduct evidence-based interventions and therapeutic sessions with clients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and referrals
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies
• Respond effectively to crises and provide appropriate interventions and follow-up
• Support discharge planning and connect clients with community resources

Qualifications

• Current license as a Behavioral Health Professional (state licensure required)
• Clinical experience in outpatient behavioral health settings preferred
• Strong communication, assessment, and crisis intervention skills
• Ability to pass required background checks and meet facility onboarding requirements
• Valid professional liability coverage or willingness to obtain as required

Education

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field (relevant graduate degree a plus)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in conducting behavioral health assessments and developing treatment plans
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and crisis management
• Comfortable documenting in electronic medical record systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Culturally responsive care and strong interpersonal skills
