Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage staff schedules and timecards
- Respond to incident reports
- Coordinate new supply procurement
- Conduct patient service recovery efforts
- Escalate real-time staff issues when necessary
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of Perioperative experience
- 1 year of manager experience
- BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
- Preferred Cerner experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree required
Knowledge & Skills
- Perioperative services management
- Leadership and team management
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Cerner experience (preferred)
