Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to home health patients
Treat patients with various diagnoses, including surgeries and falls
Utilize EMR system (HomeCare/HomeBase) for patient records
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in North Dakota
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
At least 1 year of home health experience
Valid driver's license and auto insurance

Education

Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and best practices
Home health care principles
Electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
