Location: Grand Junction, Colorado

Start Date: 05-26-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with occasional back-up for weekends and on-call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and personalized care to patients and families
Lead interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
Assess and manage patient symptoms and needs
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on care plans and goals

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse
Active state license as a Registered Nurse
Strong clinical skills and symptom management expertise
Experience in hospice care and interdisciplinary team leadership

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Hospice nursing and symptom management
Patient assessment and care planning
Interdisciplinary team leadership and collaboration
Caregiver education and support
