Location: Bakersfield, CA
Start Date: 05-26-2026
End Date: 08-25-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; occasional 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM; one weekend every third weekend (Saturday & Sunday) with Monday and Friday off
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients with acute inpatient conditions
- Develop individualized rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient’s needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
- Document progress and adjust therapies based on patient response
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Qualifications
- CA Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification
- Acute Inpatient PT experience
- Experience in Medical/Surgical, ICU, and ER settings
