Location: West Jordan, UT

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and after hours. May require standard hours/shifts as well as flexible hours before and after standard hours/shifts, and overtime or in excess of 40 hours in a work week.

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic interventions including ADL retraining, patient education, and manual therapy
Participate in professional responsibilities such as documentation, program development, and teaching
Work with patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
BLS certification
Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit preferred
Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred

Education

Physical Therapist degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and interventions
Patient care and communication skills
Electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Dry Needling Certification (if performing Dry Needling function)
