Location: Fort Morgan, CO

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 10-hour days), flexible scheduling with potential for occasional weekend on-call

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with various diagnoses
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Document patient progress and treatment plans
Participate in departmental activities and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in Colorado
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Some experience working with pediatric patients
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Physical Therapy degree

Knowledge & Skills

Pediatric physical therapy
Outpatient therapy
Assessment and treatment planning
Documentation and communication skills
