Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Utilize strong de-escalation and communication skills to manage patient behaviors
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Participate in 15-minute rounds and be actively involved in patient care
Assist with unit-specific tasks and responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

Current RN licensure
BLS certification required, CPI preferred
Acute/inpatient experience required
Strong de-escalation and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
