Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 3x12 D/N Rotation
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform daily rounds on all patients to ensure quality customer service
- Develop a plan of care based on patient assessment and needs
- Assess patient condition and nursing needs, and prescribe appropriate nursing actions
- Identify early warning signs of a change in patient condition and respond accordingly
- Establish and maintain communication with patients and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in North Dakota or Compact State Agreement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- STABLE certification
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in labor and delivery nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
