Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex patient situations
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of Texas
- 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery or Postpartum care
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: NRP, ACLS, STABLE certifications
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and Special Care Nursery care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
