Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Verify and interpret medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Prepare and dispense medications safely and accurately
- Develop and implement drug therapy management protocols
- Supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel
- Detect and report suspected adverse drug reactions and medication errors
Qualifications
- PharmD or Bachelor's degree with recent acute care hospital experience
- Current pharmacist licensure in Florida
- Ability to accurately check and/or double check pediatric oral and intravenous solutions
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Calculations and PK dosing of Aminoglycoside and Vancomycin
Education
- PharmD or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Knowledge & Skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical knowledge of pharmacy systems and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
