Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional Saturday rotation, approximately once a month)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and update patient therapeutic status
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment plans
- Instruct patients and caregivers in therapeutic appliance use
- Report patient progress and reaction to treatment
- Supervise and train other personnel in physical therapy phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute, home care, or rehab setting
- BLS certification required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
