Physical Therapist
Location: West Jordan, Utah
Start Date: 06-15-2026
End Date: 09-14-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and after hours. May require standard hours/shifts as well as flexible hours before and after standard hours/shifts, and overtime or in excess of 40 hours in a work week.
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions including ADL retraining, patient education, and manual therapy
- Participate in professional responsibilities including documentation, program development, and teaching
- Work with patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic, and other physically-related disorders
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
- BLS certification
- Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient, or inpatient rehab unit preferred
- Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
Education
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
