Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Day, 6:45 AM - 7:00 PM, 4 weekend shifts per 4 week schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PICU environment
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to manage complex patient cases
- Operate and maintain specialized equipment such as vents and drips
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- PALS and BLS certification
- Previous PICU experience with vents and drips
- 1 year of experience in a similar setting
Education
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in pediatric care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems
