Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Explain scanning procedures to patients and answer their questions with care
Review medical histories and verify physician orders before each scan
Calibrate and operate CT scanning equipment while following all safety protocols
Screen patients for contrast allergies and safely administer contrast materials
Position patients correctly and apply radiation shielding techniques to keep everyone safe
Review and optimize images for clarity before sending them to radiologists
Maintain accurate patient records in electronic health records and PACS systems

Qualifications

ARRT certification required
Minimum 2 years of CT Tech experience
Experience with both CT scanning and X-ray procedures
Strong attention to detail and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

CT scanning techniques and equipment operation
X-ray imaging procedures
PACS and Electronic Health Records systems
Patient positioning and radiation safety protocols
Contrast administration and allergy screening
