Location: New Lisbon, Wisconsin
Start Date: 05-26-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: PM Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM), every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Answer call lights promptly to ensure residents feel heard and cared for
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including toileting, transferring, bathing, and grooming
- Report any changes in resident condition to the nurse to support timely care decisions
- Obtain vitals, weights, and other information as needed to help track resident health
- Meet resident needs in a timely manner to promote comfort and safety
- Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the charge nurse
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant certification required and must be maintained
- Current BLS certification required
- 1+ years of related work experience preferred
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in supporting residents with activities of daily living
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow facility policies and procedures
- Compassionate approach to resident care
